Every plan includes both the real-time ticket data API and Event Radar, our live event discovery and ticket tracking dashboard. You pay for volume: API credits for live fetches, match reports for cross-market comparisons, and higher radar limits as you move up.

For one desk or developer proving out a live data workflow. 10,000 API credits a month and 250 match reports run from the dashboard, across 9 marketplaces, performer and venue event lists, email alerts, 5 listing watches and 1 custom rule. Event Radar runs with a 15-minute feed delay and blurred price floors.
Pro: $2,499/month
The plan most ticket brokers and data teams run on. 250,000 API credits and 2,000 match reports across all 10 marketplaces at $10 per thousand credits, the /match cross-market endpoint, full price floors with a 2-minute feed, 200 listing watches with 1-minute checks, 50 custom rules and Discord alerts.

Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account starts with a free trial, no credit card required: 25 API credits and 3 match reports to test the API, plus Event Radar in look-only mode with the live feed, search, onsale calendar and cross-market matches (price columns hidden). Need more to evaluate? Ask us and we can extend the test allowance.
What do I get in one subscription?
Two products on one login. The ticket data API, which is real time on every plan with no delays of any kind, and the Event Radar dashboard for discovery, watches and alerts. Plan limits such as the discovery delay apply only to the dashboard, never to the API.
How many marketplaces are supported?
10 by API across the primary and resale markets: 9 on Starter and all 10 from Pro upward. Event Radar covers 6 marketplaces today, with more being added. The current list is on our marketplaces page.
What does one API credit buy?
One API call: a live listings fetch for one event, or one performer or venue event list. Every call costs one credit on any event, with no surcharges. Calls that fail on our side are refunded automatically.
What is a match report?
A cross-market comparison of one event through the /match endpoint: every supported resale marketplace is queried at once and you get one unified result with per-section spreads and the cheapest entry point. Each report counts against your monthly report allowance and also uses up to 12 API credits, one per marketplace queried. On Starter, reports run from the dashboard; the /match API endpoint, for running them from your own code, is included from Pro.
What are database snapshots?
Direct access to our event database through /events: over 6 million event records from the major primary and secondary marketplaces, past and upcoming. Page through all of it, or filter by country, region, city, venue, performer, dates, onsale and newly detected events, to sync a complete event list into your own system without spending credits on discovery calls. Pro includes the primary marketplace only; Pro Plus and above include every snapshot, primary and secondary.
Which plan should I start with?
Starter for one desk that wants the radar plus a working API allowance. Pro when you trade cross-market and need full price floors, 1-minute watches, Discord alerts and the /match endpoint. Pro Plus when you want zero-delay discovery, 500 watches and 500 rules, webhooks, JSON export and the lowest price per credit.
Can I upgrade, downgrade or cancel?
Yes, from your dashboard at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; cancellations stop the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Is there a dedicated infrastructure option?
Yes. Business and Dedicated plans run on dedicated, isolated infrastructure with custom SLAs, higher concurrency and no shared throttling, and can include custom data pipelines. Contact us to size it for your volume.
Is ticketsdata.com the only official TicketsData website?
Yes. TicketsData™ is a trade mark of TicketsData Ltd (UK trade mark application UK00004457192), and ticketsdata.com is the only official website for the TicketsData API and Event Radar. Every subscription is sold here, and every payment goes through Stripe checkout started from your ticketsdata.com dashboard. Any other website, domain or service using the TicketsData name, or a name or logo that looks like ours, is not operated by us and is not affiliated with us, even if it offers a similar service. Do not sign up, pay or share API keys there. If you are unsure whether a site or an email is really from us, contact info@ticketsdata.com before you pay.
How is billing handled?
Monthly in US dollars through Stripe secure checkout. Access is instant after checkout, and API credits and match reports reset every billing month. Corporate clients can sign an annual contract instead.
