Dedicated Access: Your Own Private Server

Dedicated Ticket Data API

Your own private server, running up to 350 requests a minute against live ticket prices and inventory. Nobody else's traffic on it, nobody else's limits. Same login, same dashboard, one line of code to switch.

You keep everything you have now: dedicated is added to your account, not swapped in. You pick up to 4 marketplaces to run on your own machine, and every other marketplace still works exactly as it does today through the shared platform, counted against the same monthly total.

What dedicated access includes

Not a bigger allowance on the same shared machines. A server that belongs to your account and behaves the way you tell it to.

Your own server

A private machine with its own web address, used by you and nobody else. When another customer has a busy day, you never feel it.

Your own speed

Up to 350 requests a minute, which is roughly 350 live price checks every sixty seconds. Monthly allowances start at 1M+ requests and we size them to what you actually run.

Your own format

Rename fields, drop the ones you never use, flatten or group the rest, so the data matches what your spreadsheet, database, or reporting tool already expects. No clean-up step on your side.

Locked to you

You tell us which internet addresses are yours and the server refuses everyone else. Your login stops being the only thing standing between your data and a stranger.

Nothing to migrate

Same username and password, same dashboard, same data format unless you ask us to change it. Point your code at the new address and carry on.

24/7 support

Round the clock, whatever time zone you work in. If something is not behaving as it should, we start working on it straight away rather than waiting for business hours.

Dedicated vs Starter & Pro

Starter and Pro share one set of servers between every customer. Dedicated gives you your own. The data and the dashboard are identical on all three.

Need more than 4 marketplaces?

One machine covers up to 4. Machines are additive, so add a second one and run up to 4 more on it. Anything not on a dedicated machine keeps working through the shared platform on the same monthly total.

6 month term, billed monthly

No upfront payment. You pay monthly, exactly as you do now, so the commitment is only to the length of the term. We hold a server and its capacity for you whether you use it or not.

Switching over is one line

Nothing new to install, no new login, no new data format. You change the web address you are calling and carry on.

01

Change one web address

Everything else stays the same. The route, the parameters, your username and password. Every request you have already written keeps working.

02

Send it your events

Paste in marketplace links or event IDs straight from your own list. Nothing to match up by hand, no extra import step.

03

Use the data anywhere

Feed it into your reporting tools, a nightly job, or your own dashboards. It arrives in the format you asked for, so it drops straight in.

bash
# starter / pro
curl -u "$USERNAME:$PASSWORD" \
  https://ticketsdata.com/fetch?url=...
# dedicated
curl -u "$USERNAME:$PASSWORD" \
  https://your-space.ticketsdata.com/fetch?url=...
Same login. Same route. Same parameters. Same data back, unless you asked us to change the format.

Who dedicated is for

It is a bigger commitment than Starter or Pro, so it is worth being honest about when it pays for itself and when it does not.

Dedicated makes sense when

  • You price inventory as the market moves and old data costs you money
  • You are pushing past 1M+ requests a month, or want to
  • You want the data in your format rather than ours
  • Your security policy needs connections locked to your own addresses
  • Most of your volume sits on 4 marketplaces or fewer, even if you watch more

It does not when

  • Starter or Pro already covers everything you track
  • You need a little from every marketplace rather than a lot from a few
  • You cannot commit to a 6 month term
  • Your volume is low enough that a cheaper plan will not slow you down

Common questions

What is dedicated access?

Dedicated access is a private server that belongs to your account alone, with its own API address. Starter and Pro plans share one set of servers between every customer. On dedicated, nobody else's traffic runs on your machine, so nobody else's busy day affects your speed.

How is it different from Starter and Pro?

The data and the dashboard are identical on all three plans. What changes is the machine underneath. Dedicated gives you a private server, your own API address, up to 350 requests a minute, monthly allowances from 1M+ requests, IP restriction, a custom data format, and 24/7 support.

How fast is it?

Up to 350 requests a minute, which is roughly 350 live price checks every sixty seconds. Because the server is yours alone, that speed is not shared with anyone and your requests never queue behind another customer.

How many marketplaces can I run on one machine?

Up to 4 marketplaces on a single dedicated machine, and you choose which ones. If you need more than 4, machines are additive, so you can add a second one and run up to 4 more on it.

Do I lose access to the other marketplaces?

No. Dedicated is added to your account rather than swapping anything out. You pick up to 4 marketplaces to run on your own machine. Every other marketplace still works exactly as it does today through the shared platform, counted against the same monthly total.

How hard is it to switch?

You change one web address. The route, the parameters, and your username and password all stay the same, and so does the data that comes back unless you asked us to change its format. There is nothing new to install and no new login to create.

Can I restrict the API to my own servers?

Yes. You tell us which internet addresses belong to you and the server refuses connections from anywhere else. This is included with dedicated access and is not available on shared plans.

Can I change the format of the data?

Yes. We can rename fields, drop the ones you never use, flatten nested data, or group it, so responses match what your spreadsheet, database, or reporting tool already expects. That removes the clean-up step on your side.

Is the data cached?

Never, on any plan. Every request pulls live prices and inventory from the marketplace at the moment you ask. Dedicated does not make the data fresher, because it is already live. It makes it faster and it makes the capacity yours.

Is there a minimum term, and do I pay upfront?

There is a 6 month minimum term, billed monthly. There is no upfront payment and you pay exactly as you do now, so the commitment is only to the length of the term. We reserve a server and its capacity for you whether or not you use it, and 6 months is the shortest period where that works for both sides.

Tell us what you need to pull

Which marketplaces you need, how many requests a month, and which addresses you will call from. We will size a server for it and get you running.
