Is this a POS or inventory management system?
No. We do not list, sell, or fulfil tickets. TicketsData sits next to your POS and supplies the live market data your pricing and buying decisions depend on. Many brokers pull our data into the tools and spreadsheets they already use.
Which marketplaces are covered?
10 primary and secondary marketplaces, all available through the API. 6 of them are also live on Event Radar today, with the rest being added. The full list is on our marketplaces page, and more are added on demand for high-volume customers.
How fresh is the data?
Every request is fetched live from the marketplace at the moment you ask, never from a cache, with typical responses in 1-2 s. The API is real time on every plan with no delays of any kind.
How does the cross-market comparison work?
A match report takes one event and returns it from every marketplace that lists it: floor ask, listing count, and the full listings in the same JSON format for each side. It is how brokers price a position against the whole market in a single step.
Can I get alerts when prices or listings change?
Yes. Listing watches check your events as often as every 1 minute and alert you on new lows, new listings, and the event appearing on another marketplace. Alerts go by email on every plan, Discord from Pro, and webhook on Pro Plus.
Do I need a developer to use it?
No. The dashboard and Event Radar work in the browser with nothing to install. The API is there when you want to automate, and the MCP server lets AI assistants query live data in plain language.
