Live Ticket Demand Data for Record Labels and A&R
See which artists fans are paying to see, city by city, as it happens. Resale prices, estimated sales pace, and new shows from 10 ticket marketplaces, in a dashboard, by API, or through your AI assistant.
Insights and A&R people at major labels and publishers have already signed up.
The A&R signal streaming tools miss: streaming and social analytics show who listens, ticket demand shows who pays to be in the room. TicketsData reads it from the open ticket market in real time, so you see it while it is happening, not in next quarter's report.
The A&R tool for live ticket demand
Price, pace, and place for every show you follow, from one live data source across the major ticket marketplaces.
See what fans will pay
Resale floor prices for every show, charted over time with a demand score. A floor that holds or climbs well above face value is fan demand you can read in dollars, not in likes.
Measure how fast shows sell
Estimated sales pace by price band, inferred from listing-level changes between checks, with a confidence tier on every estimate. See whether a show is absorbing supply or stalling, and when it is projected to sell down.
Catch new shows as they drop
Event Radar puts every new event, onsale, and presale across 6 marketplaces on one live feed. Custom rules follow the artists, venues, and regions you track and alert you the moment one appears.
Map demand by city and section
A section heat map shows where tickets are moving fastest inside each venue, and watching several shows on a tour shows which cities run hot and which run soft.
Feed your artist models
Every plan is an API plan. Live listings and prices come back in the same JSON for every marketplace, so your data team can join ticket demand with streaming, social, and radio data in its own models and dashboards.
Ask your AI assistant
Our MCP server connects Claude, Cursor, and other AI assistants to live ticket data on every plan. Ask how an artist's shows are selling in plain language and get live numbers back.
Follow the artist, watch the show, read the demand
Real shows being watched right now, updating on this page while you read: floor price over time, inventory outlook, estimated sales, and where in the venue tickets are moving.
Follow the artists
Set radar rules for the artists you are tracking, and new shows, onsales, and presales come to you the moment they appear.
Watch the shows
Put a watch on any show and it is checked as often as every 1 minute until the date: floor price, inventory, estimated sales, and hot sections.
Read the demand
Compare cities, price bands, and sell-down dates to see where an artist really draws, and bring that into the signing, touring, or catalog conversation.

Sales are estimated from listing changes between checks, not box office reports.
Built for the music side of the business
Anyone who decides which artists to back, where they should play, or what their catalog is worth can use live ticket demand.
A&R and A&R research
Spot artists whose shows sell faster and resell higher than their profile suggests, and back signing decisions with market demand city by city.
Data and insights teams
Add live ticket demand to your artist and audience models through the API, next to streaming, social, and radio data.
Music publishers
Follow live demand around your writers' artists and their tours, and see which catalogs have fans paying to hear them live.
Artist managers and agents
See which markets are hot before routing the next leg, and where added dates or bigger rooms are likely to work.
Producers and independent labels
Check which artists already pull a paying crowd before you invest studio time, money, or a deal in them.
Label services and distributors
Screen the roster you service and the artists you pitch with the same live demand view the majors use.
For data and insights teams
Event Radar is the view. Underneath is a real-time market data API with typical responses in 1-2 s, nothing cached, and the same JSON shape for every marketplace.
Join it with your streaming, social, and radio data, or connect an AI assistant through MCP and ask questions in plain language.

Common questions
What does TicketsData do for record labels and A&R teams?
TicketsData tracks live ticket demand across 10 primary and secondary marketplaces: resale prices, listings, estimated sales pace, and new shows, onsales, and presales. A&R, insights, and publishing teams use it to see which artists fans are paying to see, city by city, in the dashboard, by API, or through an AI assistant.
How is this different from Chartmetric, Viberate, or Soundcharts?
Those A&R tools track streaming, playlist, social, and radio data. TicketsData adds the one signal they do not cover: the live ticket market, meaning what fans pay to see an artist and how fast their shows sell, city by city. Most teams use it alongside the analytics platform they already have.
Are the sales numbers official?
No. Sales are estimated from listing-level changes between checks, and each estimate carries a confidence tier. They show market pace, not box office reports. Prices and listings themselves are live readings taken at the moment of each check, never cached.
Can I follow an artist, or only single shows?
Both, in different ways. Event Radar rules follow an artist and alert you when new shows, onsales, or presales appear. Watches then track individual shows in depth, so you watch the dates that matter on a tour and compare them city by city.
How often is a watched show checked?
As often as every 1 minute on Pro and Pro Plus, and every 5 minutes on Starter. Each check updates the floor price chart, inventory outlook, estimated sales, and section heat map.
Which marketplaces and regions are covered?
10 primary and secondary marketplaces, all available through the API, with 6 of them live on Event Radar today. Coverage focuses on the US and Canada, with other markets available on request. The full list is on our marketplaces page.
Can our data team pull this into its own models?
Yes. Every plan includes the real-time API, with typical responses in 1-2 s and the same JSON shape for every marketplace. The MCP server also lets AI assistants query the data directly.
What do I get on the free trial?
The trial gives you 25 free API requests and a look at the dashboard, with no credit card required. Label and A&R teams can ask us to switch on an Event Radar trial so you can set up watches on the artists you follow.
Can several people on our team use it?
Yes. Write to info@ticketsdata.com and we will set up access for your team, including dedicated capacity for larger insights and research teams.
